What are Dough Bowls
Dough bowls have been around for quite some time dating back to the early 1800s, hand-carved from wood they were used as a place for the dough to rise before baking. Today we use them for to hold a variety of things including candle wax...
Okay I know you didn't come here for a history lesson lol, so let's get to decorating.
Let's start with your favourite dough bowl
Materials Needed:
- Dough Bowl
- Floral foam (I got mine from the dollar store)
- Flowers of your choice ( I found some really great ones at the dollar store as well)

The heart was just a little extra pizazz, the cost to make this centrepiece was just under $10, I already had the dough bowl and the dollar store had everything else I needed. It took me 5 minutes to prep all my materials and about 10 minutes to put it together, it's a great cost-effective way to add a little colour to your living space. Let me know if you try it out :)
